Donated a print of Casa Goldoni to a charity auction that runs tomorrow (I can’t afford to do it again so please don’t ask) and I can’t wait to see if I helps raise some decent money for a good cause – I’ll keep you posted on that one.

Been attempting to finish a very detailed painting of Capri Town (Italy) and it’s Clock Tower this week, having to adjust a lot as the detail I have sketched is a bit vague – just looking to put some movement of people in the front to bring it all to life – so far

Got some pillars to straighten and some windows to change – this one is taking forever – and I’m not sure I will like it when it’s done either!

Mum’s coming up for shopping today and I made my first soda bread last night so she can taste that – bit of a shame really I think I over cooked it – but couldn’t stop eating it – oh dear it wasn’t supposed to end up in an eating fest – never mind.

I’ll get on my excercise bike and try to remedy the after effects.

I’m also painting a small picture of my mum practising Tai Chi in China – she won’t like it – she hates pictures of herself! Do I show her???????? It’s not finished and she is sooo negative about some of my work that I think I’m setting myself up for a fall!!!
